Dillon's Kwinton Smith picks Gamecocks over Texas Rangers: Dillon High two-sport star Kwinton Smith has decided not to sign a pro baseball contract with the Texas Rangers. Instead, he will play wide receiver for the South Carolina Gamecocks this fall.
